1. Shipping Process: We at Polki sarees are committed to providing a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our valued customers across India. All orders are carefully processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Options: We offer multiple shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 1000/- We also offer prepaid discounts.

Delivery Timeline is ~10-20 days depending upon your address. Charges vary depending upon the weight & location

4. Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

5. Delivery Timeframes: Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as local holidays, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we appreciate your understanding in cases where delays occur. In case of delays from the courier partner, we will try to dispatch a fresh product to you but returns won’t be entertained. 

6. Undeliverable Shipments: In case your shipment is undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by you, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other factors, we will attempt to contact you for clarification. Additional shipping charges may apply if re-delivery is required.

8. Change of Shipping Address: If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.
