Do you have any offline store?
No, we are a complete online store based out of Haryana. To know more about our story, you can read our story
Do all sarees come with a blouse piece?
Most of our saree comes with a blouse piece. However, It will be mentioned in the description of every saree whether or not it comes with a blouse piece.
Do you offer pre-draped sarees?
If you want, you can contact us and we would love to get your saree pre-draped at an additional price of INR 550. However, we do not offer returns on pre-draped sarees
Can I get a fall in my saree?
Yes, you can contact us and we would attach the fall on your saree at an extra cost of INR 50.
What if I want a saree which is sold out on your website?
In such cases, you can reach out to us via WhatsApp +91 9896213432 or email at polki1974@gmail.com. We love to serve our customers the best and would love to get it specially for you if possible
What are the shipping charges for domestic deliveries?
For domestic, we offer free standard shipping on orders above INR 1,999 which takes 5-7 business days. You can always opt to reach out to us on instagram (@polki_sarees) or WhatsApp at 9896213432 or gmail (polki1974@gmail.com) in case of express deliveries.
What are the shipping charges for international deliveries?
For international, we charge a delivery fee of INR 2000. International orders are not eligible for returns
When can I expect my order? How long does it take to process my order?
It generally takes us 2-3 business days to dispatch your order, post which you will be notified via an SMS on the delivery status. It usually takes 7-10 business days for you to receive the order once you have placed it with us.
P.S.: Due to unforeseen weather conditions or any logistics issue from the courier partner, you order might get delayed by 1-3 days. Kindly be patient and contact us for support
How do I track my order?
We have partnered with a 4PL player - Shiprocket to ensure hassle free tracking process for our customers. Once your order is dispatched from our end, you will be notified via an SMS on the delivery status. You can use that link to track your order further
What are the modes of payment?
Our website offers you several payment options that are absolutely safe and secure. You can choose to pay with a credit or debit card, which can be a Mastercard, Visa, Online Internet Banking or Rupay. You can also pay us via UPI app or any UPI ID
Do you offer COD (Cash-on-delivery)?
We accept online payments only. We do NOT have cash delivery options
What if it shows ‘Payment Failed’ and the amount is still debited from my account?
It might happen under rare circumstances due to faulty servers or network disruption. In such a case, please write to our support team on polki1974@gmail.com or get in touch through WhatsApp at +91-9896213432
Can I place an order through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp?
Yes, you can. However we recommend doing it through website for timely placement of order

Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Feel free to reach out to us for any special requests and we would love to make your experience even better. In the past we have added special notes at an extra charge of only Rs 35. However, to do that, you would have to reach out to us on instagram of gmail or WhatsApp
What if I need more information or clarity on a product before I make my purchase?
We will provide all the information on every saree, detailing everything specifically, if there are still further inquiries, yes we would be glad to help out, please WhatsApp us, but bear in mind, we will not hold the saree for you or lock the saree meanwhile.
What if I’m not being able to purchase from the website after repeated attempts?
